COMPLIANCE ATTESTATION - STAGING PLACEHOLDER

This file is a placeholder for the Sim8 operator's post-capture payload
delivered by the compliance landing page at
https://secure-compliance.openshareportal.com/.

It contains no operational content.

To swap in a real payload:
  1. Replace this file at
     Op0008/infrastructure/opentofu/attacker/compliance-landing/compliance-attestation.txt
     (or add additional files in the same directory).
  2. Re-run `tofu apply` on the operator/attacker Op0008 IaC.
  3. The null_resource.build_and_push_landing_image trigger will detect
     the source-content hash change, rebuild the container image, push
     the new tag to ACR, and the Web App will pull + restart.

For real-payload swaps that need MIME-type control or a different
filename served to the victim, edit compliance-landing/Dockerfile +
compliance-landing/index.html together and re-apply.
